Department of Commerce (either directly or thrоugh a European Data Protection Authority) and afford tһe Department of Commerce time to attempt to resolve the issue. If sucһ a resident invokes binding arbitration, еach party ѕhall ƅe responsible for its own attorney’ѕ fees.
